Product returns

In the event that, for any reason, you wish to return the products you have purchased, from Dits Lighting you have the right to do so within 10 days from the date of dispatch of the order and after consultation.

NO returns on products:

  • to order and for any products previously agreed upon.
  • specially manufactured products.

In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

  • contact the Online Store the same day or the next business day
  • the product has not been used

You can call us or write us comments and tell us anything that bothered or troubled you. Whatever problem you have with the products we sent you we will make sure to fix it for you. Although we are confident that our photography accurately reflects the products you see and receive.

Products must be in the condition you received them and accompanied by the sales receipt or invoice. We would ask that at the time of delivery you check carefully whether the condition of the products is in good condition (eg broken, wrong products, etc.). In this case, you will only be charged for the cost of returning the products. Repackage the products and send them to us. We will make sure to replace them for you if they have any problem.

Products can be returned or replaced in four ways:

  • The difference between the product you received and the one in the photo, or its possibly bad condition
  • You are calling us to let us know about the problem
  • Repack the product in such a way that it will not be damaged during transport
  • Expect its replacement as soon as possible


Product returns at Dits Lighting charge

Return of products at a charge of the Dits Lighting company can be made in all cases in which the order is executed incorrectly, i.e. in the case of delivery of an item other than the one ordered by type or quantity or in the event that upon delivery the item has packaging damaged, in whole or in part, or in the event that the item is found to be defective. In this case, the customer must either not accept the receipt of the product in the first place, or request its return, after consultation with the Dits Lighting company. Products must be returned in the condition they were received by the customer.

If they are not returned, within the time agreed upon after consultation with the Dits Lighting company, then the Online Store is entitled not to accept the return and therefore to refuse the replacement. In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. VAT, Retail Account, etc.) and its complete packaging.

The return of the products at Dits Lighting's charge will be made in the same way as the product was received by the customer. In the event of a return of the products, and provided that they have previously been received and checked by the Dits Lighting company, the refund to the customer will be made by canceling the credit card charge, which will be done by the Dits Lighting company , if the products have been paid for by credit card, or by sending a postal check to the customer's name and address.

In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without recourse to a total or partial offset of the of his claim against the customer.
