Dits Lighting online store can serve customers all over Greece and abroad. Shipping costs vary by item type, size and weight. We have made our shipping policy as fair as possible, with a minimum courier charge of €5.00.

Orders are shipped within 1 - 7 business days (depending on the existence and availability of the product. In the event that your order cannot be executed for reasons of force majeure force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.) we will contact you in order to let us know if you wish to complete your order.

2. By charging your credit card

The process of clearing your payment is undertaken by EUROBANK, thus ensuring the absolute security of your transaction. When entering your card details, the bank does not charge the amount of your order, but blocks it. The charge is made when your order is billed.

For the additional security of electronic transactions via credit cards, they are made with the EUROBANK ProxyPay3 security system. Thus, during the credit card purchase process, the customer is automatically transferred to a secure server at the Bank's service. All data transmitted electronically by the customer (credit card data) to the Bank's service, as well as their transfer from the Bank to VISA, Electron VISA, MasterCard are covered by the 128-bit SSL encryption algorithm, the strongest encryption available today global. In this case, the card details are not stored anywhere, they are only used during its control and billing.
